Wild Honey St James was launched in spring 2019 by chef Anthony Demetre, whose original Wild Honey enjoyed 12 successful years in Mayfair. The impressive corner site sees Anthony’s distinctive modern European menus showcased in a striking dining room designed by interior specialist Jim Hamilton. The restaurant was awarded a MICHELIN Star in the 2022 MICHELIN Guide Great Britain and Ireland.

Anthony Demetre’s menus combine classic French techniques with the finest seasonal produce Britain has to offer. The restaurant is open all day from Tuesday to Saturday, for lunch through dinner. In addition to the à la carte menu, Wild Honey St James offers a set lunch menu and early supper menu. As well as a 16-seat private dining room, the restaurant has its own counter bar and adjoins the hotel’s St James Bar.
Anthony is a hugely respected chef who has owned several prestigious restaurants in London including Arbutus, Putney Bridge and Les Deux Salons. Before owning his own restaurants, he worked with leading chefs such as Pierre Koffmann, Bruno Loubet and Gary Rhodes.
