Adjacent to the restaurant, the intimate hotel bar has also undergone a transformation and now boasts a marble bar top, dark blue velvet banquettes, and warm lighting. To complement the bar’s drinks menu and cocktail list, overseen by Bar Manager Enzo Sigaut, Anthony has created a new bar menu with snacks, lighter fare, and larger dishes. As well as oysters, cheese and charcuterie, dishes include Crab croquettes with rouille, Tempura courgette flowers with romesco sauce, and.
